    Hi!

I am so happy that you take the time to write this blog! I am moving to KL at the beginning of July, for at least a year, due to an amazing opportunity with my job. I have been looking for something informative that also depicts a real experience of being an American living in Malaysia! I have been terrified and excited for the move. It’s a bit intimidating because I only know one person there and she is often very busy so venturing around a new country solo is stressful to imagine. I am doing as much research as I can before the move and trying to reassure myself that it will all be fine. Your blog is fantastic and your writing is phenomenal! I am excited to see “Moving to KL”!

    Thanks so much,
    Maegan

    Hi Kimbra,

Just found your blog and have spent most of the evening looking back and reading it. We are expats in KL and are just approaching 10 weeks here. Experiencing so many of the same things you have written about…plus we are here with 3 kids so add that to the mix. LOL Really enjoy your writing, and the reassurance that what we’re not alone in the ups and downs of it all here. Thanks!

    Hi Kimbra,

Nice to ‘meet’ you and thanks for all the information in your blog!
We (me, my husband and one year old daughter) just arrived here a few days ago from Holland and are starting to settle in. But where to begin… Especially with the little one it’s a bit harder to go out and explore. I think I’ll just keep ready your posts en try to go on little adventures in between naps.;)

    Thanks so much!

      Hi Kimbra,

Nice to see your blog. Can you please help me? I have a very nice apartment in Park Seven, KLCC. I would like to rent it out to some expat. What is the most effective way to let people know about it please? I have contacted some agents but would like to know if there is another way. My tenant of three years just returned to her country and we repainted and got the unit ready.

Hope you can help. I live in Indonesia.

      Thanks & regards,
      Manju

        Hi Manju,
I am sorry but I do not know how to help you, besides maybe agents and the use of The Expat Magazine or Expatriate Lifestyle magazine perhaps? I’m sorry I can’t be of much further help….best of luck!
